Once under contract, the GP's begin a thorough due diligence period and put together the deal specific business plan.

After further negotiations (if needed) with the seller, the GP's offer the investing opportunity to our exclusive investors. This comes in the form of one-on-one conversations, emails, texts, and webinars.

The GP's distribute all paperwork to a limited number of committed investors. Those investors then thoroughly read, sign and return the paperwork, and invest in the deal.

The GP's are always available to answer any questions.

The GP's then close the deal, implement the business plan, and distributions will begin shortly after (usually the first quarter after closing). Our investors get to enjoy monthly or quarterly cash flow distributions without the hassle of any day-to-day operations on the deal.
