Story
From single family rental owner to investor in over 300 units in just 5 years while serving as an active duty combat arms Marine. It all started with watching a family friend struggle self-managing 5 apartment complexes across Southeastern Pennsylvania and grew into a movement to help others create financial freedom.

Principal
Sam Lynch
Sam, a real estate investor, REALTOR® and retired Marine with over 20 years of service, has been diving into the real estate world since 2015. His journey began with a single-family rental and has since flourished into a portfolio of passive investments in over 300+ multifamily units. A proud member of the Jake and Gino community, Sam's military background has armed him with top-notch leadership, strategic planning, and tactical execution skills, all of which he brings to his real estate ventures.

Now settled in Eastern North Carolina, Sam relishes quality time with his family, exploring the great outdoors, and honing his skills in Jiu Jitsu. He's a dedicated husband to his amazing wife and a fun-loving dad to three kids who keep his spirit adventurous and youthful. With a blend of military discipline and a passion for real estate, Sam is all about building a legacy and empowering others to invest with confidence.

Gino is a multifamily investor, operator, and mentor who, with his partner Jake, has created a vertically integrated real estate company that controls over 1,600 units.
